Triathlon Olympic Beginner 13 Weeks

The beginner Olympic Triathlon plan begins with a 4 hour week and gradually increases to 5 hours. There are 3 four week blocks of training with gradual increases in milage. There are 2 runs, 2 swims, 1 bike, and 1 brick per week. Mondays are rest days. Contact me at tony@coach-tony.com with questions.
