Marathon Beginner 24 Weeks

The Marathon Beginner program is a structured plan with gradual increases in mileage. It includes some track and a good mix of hill repeats and shorter races to prepare for your marathon. The long weekend runs start with 6 miles and increases by 1 mile weekly until you reach 22 miles. It also includes optional cross training bike days to help recover from the running.
