Ironman Intermediate, 12 Weeks

This Ironman Training Program is suited for athletes with limited time but still with a desire for a structured plan with quality workouts. Most weeks average between 10 and 12 hours with the majority of the time spend during the Saturday brick. The plan limited to one workout per day and workouts can be done at home. The plan includes 2 swim, 2 bike, 2 run and 1 long brick workout per week. Mid week bike workouts can be accomplished at home on a trainer. Contact me at tony@coach-tony.com with questions.
