70.3 Beginner/Intermediate, 12 Weeks

Half Ironman Beginner/Intermediate average between 7 and 10 hours per week with the majority of the time spend during the Saturday brick. The plan is limited to one workout per day and workouts can be done at home. The plan includes 2 swim, 2 bike, 2 run and 1 long brick workout per week.
